Calev Myers, Partner

Strategy, Marketing and PR Services

As Co-Founder of Myers - Kimhi Group, Calev provides strategic planning, marketing and branding consultation, tax and corporate structuring, government relations, crisis management, as well as legal consultation and representation which he provides as the Founding Partner of the City Center Branch in Jerusalem of Yehuda Raveh and Co. Law Offices.

 

Calev's legal practice focuses primarily on corporate and intellectual property law, as well as non-profit law, immigration law and civil rights. He serves as general counsel to over 100 non-profit organizations in Israel, focusing on education, humanitarian needs, social justice and civil rights, and provides ongoing representation to significant high-tech, telecommunications and media companies. He currently represents clients and international entities from over 50 countries worldwide, which invest in various enterprises in Israel.

Calev joined Yehuda Raveh and Co. Law Offices as an intern in the Corporate and Intellectual Property Department in 2001. In 2004, he became a partner and in 2009 Calev established and opened the City Center Branch of Yehuda Raveh & Co. Law Offices, where he manages a staff of lawyers, interns and paralegals.

Calev serves as the Founder and Executive Director of ARISE - Alliance to Reinforce Israel's Security and Economy and serves as the Chairman of the Anti-BDS Commission of the Israel Association of Bi-National Chambers of Commerce. Calev personally hosts an annual business matchmaking summit connecting international business networks and chambers with the economy in Israel in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Strategic Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Israel Export Institute, the Manufacturers Association of Israel and the Israel Federation of bi-national Chambers of Commerce.

Nir Kimhi, Partner

As Co-Founder of Myers - Kimhi Group, Nir provides project management, market analysis, due-diligence, risk assessment, human resources vetting, strategic planning, tax and corporate structuring, government relations, as well as legal consultation and representation which he provides as the Managing Partner of the City Center Branch in Jerusalem of Yehuda Raveh and Co. Law Offices.

Nir, an eleventh generation resident of Jerusalem, works as a strategic legal and business consultant for foreign investors and professionals with business activities, projects and enterprises in Israel. He has extensive experience in complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, real estate transactions, real estate taxation, construction and development projects, hotels and tourism projects, receiverships, dissolution and rehabilitation of corporations, estate planning and execution, counseling of insurance and finance companies, trusts, estate probation and commercial litigation.

Nir serves as General Counsel and business trustee to numerous international corporations and non-profit organizations on an ongoing basis. Nir acts as a local representative for large business owners from the U.S., Canada, Europe, India and China. Amongst his many projects for international business owners and investors, Nir has led the purchase, renovation and rebranding of Jerusalem hotels, the establishment and development of museums from the ground up, other significant tourist enterprises around the country, the establishment of a campus of a foreign university in Israel and the corporate restructuring of one of the world's largest international non-profit organizations.
