Yair's practice focuses primarily on non-profit organizations and for-profit companies, including registration, liquidation, drafting company policies and annual reports; commercial agreements, including M&A, partnerships, licensing, granting, distribution, agency management, NDAs and loan agreements; labor Law, including employment agreements, corporate labor policies, dismissal hearings, litigation, and attaining visas and work permits.
Yair represents around 100 non-profit organizations, such as non-profit companies, endowments and Amutot and a broad range of social entrepreneurs and founders of non-profit entities in Israel, many of them foreign citizens and 501(c)(3) organizations, churches, church denominations and synagogues wishing to establish a base in Israel. Yair provides full legal support to such entities including providing ongoing consultation to their management, board of directors, audit committee and internal auditors. Yair serves, among others, as a permanent and authorized signatory of large organizations, with financial turnovers exceeding $USD 100M per annum. Yair also handles complex liquidation proceedings, and acts as an official liquidator of international corporations, some with a very significant scope of assets.
As a former manager of the Jerusalem's district of Bnei Akiva, Yair volunteers as a consultant and participates in steering committees of its youth movement. Yair writes columns for the national Bible Study Project, "929".
